Is it allowed to use the 'PitStop' patch (refuel) in the Pro race ?

Absolutely perfect date here, could maybe be another day of the week...the only thing I don't want, between Christmas & New Year...where we eat & not least drink every day
As in real life, I don't drive when I have drunk, will also go wrong in GPL
