Re: Salzburg74 28th September - Round 12

Just another update. I am still racing, and it's going well. But my hemodialysis schedule will change to tuesday/thursday and saturday afternoon (from mon/wed/fri mornings, start-up group). Since I may not use my left arm for 4 hours after the treatments, it's basically impossible for me to return t...

Re: Phillip Island , August 31st - Round 10

Congrats Tim and podium! Well done finishers ;) I like to give you an update. My health situation has changed. Hemodialysis has been started up, and there are complications with my left shunt arm, it's bruised and purple, getting bleeding under my skin after shutting down. I did race last Friday in ...

Re: Phillip Island , June 8th - Round 10

I had a problem with my keyboard. The enter key was going nuts, causing screendrops all the time. I had it during the week as well, but didn't identify the problem. The problem came back after I chatted gla just before racestart. Need to change the keyboard. It was like I was chatting all the time, ...

Re: Silverstone, May 25th - Round 9

Sorry to hear, John. I wasn't happy with my laptime in quali but still front row. Rainer took the lead from Pole, and I held on to P2. Tim also was not far away. Then in the race I had incredible RF tire wear, despite using an assymetrical brake bias setup. Therefore I had a lot of understeer in the...

Re: Surfers Paradise - 15/05/23 - Round 8

Congrats Tim for the win, and Rainer and Bjorn for podiums! :daumenrauf:

Thanks all for the best wishes. I simply had stomach problems whole week, but I'm feeling fine again right now, relatively. I hope to be present next time again ;)

Re: dirtgearpatch NEWS

With my 60Hz monitors I prefer 60fps patch. Doesn't matter if I force Vsync off (144fps) or on (60fps), I keep on having this tearing with the 144fps patch. Also GPLRA isn't supported, which is very important for me.

Re: Brands Hatch , 27th April - Round 7

If it helps: I use Lee's Head Movement Manager to alter my driving view. I have triple screens 5760x1080, with 110 degrees FOV, and the cockpit viewpoint slightly backwards (2 points, which equals only 2cm), and up (4 points, 4cm) for the BRM (to have the mirrors visible in the corners of the side m...

Re: Brands Hatch , 27th April - Round 7

Usually I always stopped just before the pitstall board with 811. It feels like -I am not 100% sure- with 812 you have to drive closer to the pitstall board (or even touch it) to trigger the tire change. John might have driven too far, if I understand correctly. So all in all there is no reason to p...
