Re: 2024 Carchoice
I'm not sure yet.... It's of course very comfortable to take the Cooper, but it might be better if I go for the Honda or the BRM. I have never gotten the BRM to be very quick, so that will be a challenge. It also depends on who will race with us this season. If Robert is joining us I would be miles ...

Re: dirtgearpatch NEWS
New test with half the fuel as if I were to pit. A bit less consistent. Had won the race with this strategy compared to the previous test. But If I hadn't made any mistakes in the previous test, I would have won without any pitstop. Lap 1: 1m21.802s [Off the track] Lap 2: 1m20.866s Lap 3: 1m20.713s ...

Re: dirtgearpatch NEWS
Understand. Did a new test this morning. Did two mistakes where I went off, except from that I was fairly consistent. So the tire wear might be just right. As I mentioned yesterday, the thing is to be able to adapt the driving style to the grip as the race moves along. It’s so easy to make mistakes ...

Re: dirtgearpatch NEWS
Today I have driven a test run at Kyalami, and I think we are on to something here :) The car was definitely changing during the 40 laps I drove and it got harder and harder not to make mistakes. But as the fuel went down I was able to adapt my driving style so that I kept my lap times fairly consis...

Re: 2024 season
Personally I'm in favor of points to everyone. Then you always have something to drive for.
But we can try next year to drive with the old standard.
9, 6 ,4, 3, 2, 1
Can we then skip this rule?:
Everyone finishing below 90% and above 80% of the laps will get 3 points reduction.

6. = 6 points.

11. = 1 points.

10. = 2 points.
11. = 1 points.

Re: 2024 season
Hi Olaf,
As soon as you have a new version of the dirt gear patch ready. I' will set up Kyalami as our test track, and I will set it up as Pro Long.

Re: Rouen - 21th of December - Round 18
Qual A good qualifying session form me. But Rainer was to hard to beat. Race An ok start from me, but Tim had a better start and almost past me in to turn 1. Had a good fight with Rainer for 1 1/2 lap, before he disappeared. Me being second and Tim being third would tie us on points in the champions...
