The server will start loading the track at 19:05
The server will start at 19:15
The quali ends at 20:15
The race is 3 laps

I wouldn't mind if the event started 15 (30) minutes earlier.

Historically, here the "quarter hour" after drop of checkered flag in quali will be fully used..
So in my book that makes race start 20:30 + 38 (for me..) + 38 + 38 = 22:25 CET

If it were for me, we could jump the quali anyway.
I will either skip it or if I'll be there then it will be only to warm-up and not for starting position.

I have made the following proposal for some time in other leagues, too:
Make a Quali-day 1 week earlier. Whoever is keen to qualify can do so then, whoever want's to save the time/effort just comes to the race one week later, starting according to grid-tool.
The up-side is, that the actual race-event won't take up as much time (i.e. we could start 19:30 CET straight with the race => ca. 21:40 CET end of race)

Just a suggestion maybe for future events on the Targa.

Quali will end at 20:00 (but in fact it will end at about 20:15)
Race starts at 20:15 + 38 + 38 + 38 = 22:10
Looks ok.

BTW on 11 September at Targa Florio we use VROC , chatroom EOLC, raceserver EOLC1.
