Windows update

Post by Harald Podzielny » 25 Sep 2016, 14:22

Hallo,
Möglichkeiten, 3D usw. in GEM probiert.

Harry

Hi Harry,

Maybe this page is a help until you find the cause of the problem:

Going back to Windows 7.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/ins ... indows-8.1
I quote this page: "You'll be able to go back to an earlier version by going to Settings > Update & security > Recovery . The time you have to go back depends on what version of Windows 10 your PC is running after the upgrade. For example, if your PC is running Windows 10 Version 1511, you have a month to go back to your previous operating system. If your PC is running Windows 10 Version 1607, you have 10 days to go back."

But if you only lost Pribluda and the graphics are not so bad, maybe it's better to wait with fixing problems until after the race.

Regards,
David

Hi,

Rainer

Last week, there was finally a Windows 10 update where GPL & Pribluda again works in GPL :bounce:

Unfortunately, the problem now, I can't calibrate my G27 pedals in GPL ;(

Hi Pelle,

Maybe post 5 of this thread will help you:
http://forum.projectcarsgame.com/showth ... h-Profiler
It's about W10 and the G27.

I found it via a post of MECH on this page:
http://srmz.net/index.php?showtopic=10864&st=90
It worked for Manfred Cubenoggin, who couldn't calibrate his G25 properly after upgrading to Windows 10.

I hope it helps.

Best regards,
David

Hi David

Thanks for the links :daumenrauf:

The only place I could find something that stands out is, my G27 is plugged into USB 3.0 & it also has worked before Anniversay update in USB 3.1 & I have no USB 2.0 back of my MB so I could try ?(

Hi,

Harry
