Maybe it's possible to let the server run, André? Because we have a new interested people for the nurburg race. So he could try out before the race if he can join.

Get well soon. Rainer.
@Olaf The server only crashes after each run so it has been impossible to let it run.
The server is now updated

Get well soon Rainer.
In this stint I also get a crash to desktop when I go out and confirm "exit training" has happened every time on this track. We have to make sure to save as well as possible after race. Strange that it can happen with original track.

Congratulation Olaf, what a good performance on a difficult track
Congratulation to Bjørn and Roberto for joining him on the podium
Due to the issue with GPL crashing to desktop I was not able to get a snapshot of the news paper.
Happy summer period everyone. See you in September

During qualifying, my pit was located in front of the start/finish line. I crashed on the second lap. And with about 10 minutes left in qualifying, I was the only one still out on the track without a time. To my surprise, I managed to finish in 2nd place.
At the start, I passed Björn and, unexpectedly, was able to pull ahead. On lap four, I spun out at the “Karussell” or “Schwalbenschwanz” turn, Björn passed me, but I was only a few seconds behind. At some point, Björn also spun out. Unfortunately, he hit the track barriers, which I had managed to avoid.
I made two more mistakes in the last two laps—which was also due to the tires wearing out. On the final lap, I collided with a traffic sign in Brünnchen, and the car was badly damaged. ShiftR would actually have been the best choice, but I decided to slowly drive the car to the finish line, which I managed to do.
I’ve been racing in the league since 2018, and now I’ve finally won a race. Maybe I should have requested a track sooner.

Re: Nürburgring - 21.06.26 - Round 8
Congratulations Olaf for a solid win! Well deserved. Congratulations also to Roberto for joining us on the podium!
The Nordschleife was the reason I discovered GPL many years ago (2003). Although the track is well known, it was challenging to get going now. There were a lot of crashes on the out lap. The Nordschleife turns out to be the kindest track for the tires, but touching the grass was severely punishing.
I hadn't expected to be able to take pole, but the start was slow, so Olaf and André passed. Further towards the Karussell, André had problems, so I got past and was then in second position until Olaf came out of the little Karussell. I led the race for two laps which was exceptional. In hindsight I saw that I also had the best lap time, incredible. Then I also drove out into the little Karussell, but a little harder than for Olaf.
In Antoniusbuche the Honda skidded straight ahead and crashed hard, so I had to reset the car. I drove past the pit because I didn't want to interrupt the ride and the rhythm. The right front wheel mostly acted as a support wheel; it was destroyed. Had to drive slower into the left turns, but like a miracle it worked well and managed to keep second place in the race. It was an exciting ride and gives a rating of 4/5 for the experience of the race.
(Tire wear towards the finish: RF >400, RR >40 and on the left side a little less than for RR. That's the least wear I've experienced. The damaged tire had the most wear I've ever done laps with, almost 4 times more.)
Wishing everyone a good summer!
Good recovery, Rainer!
BR Bjørn
