I just saw both your times and logged in to say exactly the same thing Andre.
Great to see you Robert. I hope you're feeling ok? Missed you last race.
Time for some practice.
Cheers Gentlemen. :daumenrauf:

Thanks guys, the arm has healed well and the shunt is working fine (had a check this week), it's like having a garden hose in my left arm

Already did a leaguerace last weekend, and it went well. Looking forward to next week's race. :)

:Brm

Massive apologies José Luis. I had hoped you would let me by on the straight. I did not expect you to slow like that...

Quali was average, and the first stint was total shit. But after my early pitstop (had too much fuel) I had a great stint pacing myself early on and then gaining a lot on André later on. But then the accident happened and I was too angry to continue...

I am very sorry Robert ... I kept my right thinking you would have room on the inside ... to take it on the open right I had to slow down and you could not avoid me ... sorry

My race was beautiful ... many laps with Seb and waiting to see if the strategy worked ... with 8 laps to go I had Olaf behind even though I still had to finish.

Robert welcome to racing and accept my apologies.

A pleasure to ride with all of you

A race to forget on my part.
Strangely enough, my competitors dropped out completely and I managed the 80%. It's good that three points are deducted...anything else would be so undeserved....

Qual
Didn’t manage to get a clean lap in, but manage to snitch the pole just at the end.

Race
The first few laps I had a good pace but Robert was faster and got real close after a few laps. After some close laps and to many mistakes from my side, Robert tried to go on the outside in to turn 1 and we were battling side by side for the next 2-3 corners, then I think he made a mistake and dropped a bit back. As he started to gain on me again I managed to stabilise my lap times a bit, and the 2-3 laps later he made a mistake and Rainer was in second.

At the end of the first stint Rainer closed as I struggled with me tires.

Pitted on lap 19 and got back out in 2 place.
Then as Rainer pitted a few laps later I was back in the lead.
Robert was then 7 seconds behind, kept that distance the next 8 to 9 laps, and then Robert started closing in.

After he crashed out it was all about bringing it home.

Congratulations to Rainer and Tim joining me at the podium.

Sorry Dag for hitting you! I had Pribluda in my eyes at the exit of turn 1 and saw you were right behind but I didn´t expect your superfast exit.. it´s a shame, sorry!!!

Gratulations André and Rainer, well done!

It was clearly my mistake, I am still a bit rusty. But my second stint was great up to the accident. It sucks you had to retire...

Congrats André, Rainer and Tim :daumenrauf:
