I have also been getting CTD frequently in the last few weeks (this has nothing to do with IGOR), happens when I exit a driving session quickly. I have windows 11, and I think much of the same thing happens whether it is 10 or 11. CTD happened more often in periods a few years ago on previous PCs too, but then more randomly where it happened. To try to avoid it I always paused the replay image and avoided scrolling through the menu if I was going to secure a new pb.
Back to the last few weeks now, I have avoided the problem of waiting for each step back through the menu and then CTD has not happened until now, but not sure if it is random.
