The Lange Ringnacht at Nürburgring is held on 19 December 2020.
There are seven races at the Nürburgring of three laps each.
If there are drivers left, we’ll run a Grand Prix of 15 laps afterwards.
We meet in chatroom EOLC at 19:00h. We use 60fps.
Hi everyone,
What is your preferred date and time for the Lange Ringnacht 2020? Update: 19 December 2020
Best regards,
David

Re: Lange Ringnacht 2020
Hi
bit unfortunate calendar this year, if u ask me. :/
Sa 19th is well before most ppls holidays (Monday respectively).
Sa 26th is maybe too much at the heart of Christmas (though I wouldn't mind but I don't want to pick a day on which many would stay away...)
Sa 02nd would be even okay for me. I'm sure I could take an additional day off on Monday to 'regenerate' but again probably most others don't have that luxury/flexibility..
I had a bit the habit in recent years, to go on extended vacation in December so I'm a bit afraid to pick the 19th.. Though with the CV crap who knows if I even wanna go this year... (no, not because of the illness itself but because the measurements they'll gonna enforce and I'll probably not willing to go along....)
so I don't know. 26th is best for me tbh but ofc I don't want a date that most others are not available.
How about we'll do a doodle poll? With the range from +/- 18th to 2nd and everyone may pick any number of dates where he/she thinks it will suit them. Not saying we'll be able to agree greatly on one date but at least we have an idea what's the trend... (think: we might not know which date is the best but we might see which dates are out of question.. for all I care David may after the poll just 'undemocratic' pick a date that suits him best.. )
just an idea without wanting to make a huge 'bureaucracy' out of it...
PS:
just so you know. if it was for me it doesn't even have to be a Saturday. I'm quite flexible (we have holiday from 24th til 3rd!) especially if I know it this far in advance I can take a (additional) day off . The problem is I know that many others don't have that luxury and have to work etc. ..... and I want as many participants as possible for sure!

Re: Lange Ringnacht 2020
Absolutely perfect date here, could maybe be another day of the week...the only thing I don't want, between Christmas & New Year...where we eat & not least drink every day
As in real life, I don't drive when I have drunk, will also go wrong in GPL
