Driver nationality

Hi all

An open question , does anybody know how to add a nationality to gpl? Ive read something about this in the past but cant seem to find that page anymore. I know it would be to add a nr for a country and upload a flag but I cant find the folder or file in gpl where this is. Any help would be appreciated.
