IGOR and VROC

Hallo, i have installed IGOR and VROC new after a lot of years of absence from GPL online racing. Both racelists do not work. Fehlermeldungen sind: kein Rennen zum JOIN angezeigt (IGOR) und: Sie haben sich für dieses Rennen nicht qualifiziert (VROC). Can anybody tell me the right settings in the INI and in the acctualy adress for connection now?! I need them, cause i will take part in the RINGNACHT, too!!

Or is there no problem, but only no online-races on the lists (IGOR), and the only one race on VROC today evening had need a qualification?!

Hi Manfred,

I think you have to change your IGOR.ini to:

[ RaceListServers ]
IP = igor.gplrank.info

you find it in c:\GPLSecrets\Igor|igor.ini
Maybe that works.

Hi Pedro, many thanks!! IGOR racelist works now.

But i have noticed another prob now, when i use the attitude - 60 fpsv2. In this case my offline-GPL doesn`t work, and my online-GPL in the IGOR racelist-races works bad (the car twitches one time in every five seconds), and the display für the internet connection shows bad results. Without - 60 fpsv2 - attitude in GEM racing is top.
But to race with you all (online), for example in the ringnacht, i need the 60 frame patch!?

Can you help me again?!

Dont know for sur but I think you have to use the:
60fpsV2newmod

The car twitching indicates that you are running on 36fps instead of 60fps on a 60fps server.

Hi Pedro, many thanks again for your quick response! Can you send me the patch i do need (60spV2newmod)? At the moment i have a problem to enter SMRZ, cause i am a member, but i have forgottem my password. The last days i tried to reset my membership, but without sucess up to now. I still try it, but i want to be sure to get the patch in the riht time, - before the Ringnacht starts.

Here you go.
Insite this zip file there are 2 *.XML files:

60fpsv2.zip

Unpack to your:
c:\GPLSecrets\GEM+\Options\ folder

Then start GEM+ and tick the "60fpsv2newmod" and have fun!!

Yesterday evening i checked, that i have the right file. I installed the file, started GEM+ and took the "60fpsv2newmod". Then i had 60 image repitition (fps) per second.

But my online-GPL in the IGOR racelist-races works still bad (the car twitches one time in every five seconds), and the display for the internet connection shows bad results. Without - 60 fpsv2 - attitude in GEM online-racing was top again, but in this situation i was alone on the track.

I drove the only one race SILVERSTONE, which was hosted in the last days by IGOR.

I think, it is a requirement to use the 60fpsv2newmod in the ringnacht, respectively in IGOR-online-races, isn`t it?

sounds like you did actually join a non-60fps host
